在 2006年 圣 诞 佳 节 期 间，美 门 残 障 关 怀 基 金 会 举 办 一 项 名 为《生 命 的 礼物》 关 怀 残 障 醒 觉 运 动。通 过 此 活 动，向 社 会 公 众 人 士 征 求 赞 助 残 障 辅 助 器 材， 协 助 残 障 朋 友 自 立更 生， 重 拾 生 命 的 尊 严，为 他 们 的 生 活 带 来 改 变。
其 中 大 部 分 所 筹 获 的 礼 物 已 在 今 年 2 月 26 日 由 美 门 基 金 会 主 席 莫 泽 川 牧 师 , 董 事 钱 本 华 弟 兄 , 八 打 灵 美 门 中 心 主 席 黄 位 周 弟 兄 和 余 文 水 夫 妇 颁 发 给 残 障 同 胞 。在 热 心 的 公 众 及 私 人 机 构 的 慷 慨 解 囊 之 下， 所 筹获 并 送 给 残 障 同 胞 的 礼 物 如 下：
During the Christmas, Beautiful Gate Foundation for the Disabled organized a Disabled Caring Awareness Campaign called “Gifts of Life”. Through this campaign, we appealed to the general public for sponsorship of assistive devices to help the disabled people to live independently. It will also help them to regain their self-esteem and offer an opportunity to change their livelihood. With the public and private organizations giving generously, gifts that received and given to disabled trainees are as below.
